And once you read through the recipe you will see that you have to get out the dreaded food processor to make these, BUT it's worth it, so do it. Next time I make these I would add some cinnamon, yes I also said that about the breakfast cookies and then forgot to add it with this recipes as well.

Banana Oatmeal Breakfast Muffins from Fit and Healthy with Debbie
Ingredients:
2.5 cups old fashioned oats
1 cup plain low fat Greek yogurt
2 eggs
1/2 cup honey
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
2 TBSP ground flax seed
1 tsp vanilla
2 ripe bananas

Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Spray muffin tin with non-stick cooking spray.
2. Place the oats in the food processor and pulse for about 10 seconds. Add remaining ingredients to the food processor.
